The AI Supply Chain Operating System
for Europe’s Pharma & Chemicals
Kyrok is the AI operating system for mid-sized pharmaceutical and chemical companies. It layers over your existing ERP, connects the systems your supply chain teams currently hold together by hand into intelligent operations across customer service, production planning, material planning and procurement.
- AI assists, people decide
- Plug-and-play with your ERP
- Built to the highest security standards
Today's reality
Standard ERPs weren't built for you. They were built for large corporations, which can spend millions adapting them. Even then, they're a poor fit for the complex processes of the pharma and chemical industries and for companies your size. Your specialization is the whole reason your customers choose you.
Your team patches what the ERP can't do. To fill the gaps, your team builds workarounds in Excel that never connect back to the ERP. Data is trapped across disconnected spreadsheets, leaving you exposed on two fronts: Your most valuable asset, the process knowledge built over years, lives in people's heads, so the business depends on a handful of individuals. Keeping everything updated by hand eats hours out of every day, making operations inefficient and error-prone.
The experience is about to retire. Over the next 5 to 10 years, more than 30% of Germany's workforce will retire, taking decades of experience with them. At the same time, intense global competition threatens to move entire industries to low-wage regions, leaving companies under constant pressure to stay competitive.
AI arrives at exactly the right moment. Until now, every digitalized process had to be mapped out step by step in rigid systems. AI changes what's possible, and Kyrok puts it to work. The knowledge in your team's heads can finally be captured within the system itself, where specialized, irregular processes run dynamically at scale.
The world we're building
We imagine a world where your operations are running as one connected, intelligent chain, where information moves instantly instead of through endless back-and-forth between teams. For instance, if a raw material is delayed, procurement is notified, planning adjusts, production reschedules, and the email letting your customer know is ready to send in one click.
That's why we're building the first AI operating system made for Europe's mid-sized pharmaceutical and chemical companies. Kyrok captures the knowledge accumulated by a retiring generation, so companies become more resilient and far less dependent on any single person. Your team stays in control. AI takes over the routine work while your people handle the complex cases and make the decisions.
- AI assists, people decide
Industry-specific agents take on the routine work while every decision stays with your team. You can review, approve or override at any point, so you gain speed without sacrificing oversight or quality.
- Plug-and-play with your ERP
Kyrok layers over your existing ERP. With no rip-and-replace or risky migration required, it starts delivering results from day one. Your ERP stays the single source of truth.
- Built to the highest security standards
The system meets rigorous standards for data privacy and security, with ISO certification in progress. It's built for critical industries, GDPR-compliant and hosted on European infrastructure in Frankfurt am Main.
Together, that adds up to a decisive edge, with faster operations, fewer errors and far less dependence on any one person. This is Kyrok's contribution to Europe's industrial base, keeping two industries our society depends on competitive.
How we get started
AI changes fast, and not every use of it is a good one. We're deliberate about where it helps and where it doesn't. As your long-term partner, we start with a single process, order entry, then take on the rest of your supply chain step by step. In pharmaceuticals and chemicals, precision and quality come first, so we start small and prove it works before we scale.
We've rolled out to several partners. At AnalytiChem, a team member reviews each order while Kyrok processes it so accurately that 85 percent go straight into SAP with no edits needed. At Konapharma, Kyrok has cut the processing time of complex pharmaceutical orders from several hours to a few minutes.
“For a chemical SME like ours, this is a decisive step towards the next generation of process management and securing the future of manufacturing in Germany.”

About Kyrok
Daniel Hofinger and Lukas Bierfreund founded Kyrok in 2025 in Berlin. Before they wrote a single line of code, they sat down with more than 200 operators across the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and spent months on their production floors, watching how the work really gets done.
To fuel that mission for the years ahead, we've raised a €3.1M pre-seed round.

Frequently asked questions
-
Which ERPs does Kyrok work with?
Any ERP with an API. We're already integrated with the major systems, including SAP S/4HANA and R/3, Microsoft D365 and Infor, plus specialized systems like Applus.
-
How long does implementation take and what does it cost?
On our end, a few weeks. The final speed depends on your IT team's pace. There's no migration: Kyrok does the work and covers the cost. All we need from you is access to your ERP, which takes your IT team about two to three working days to set up.
-
What's the time commitment for our team?
About one hour a week from your operational team during the pilot phase, plus two to three working days from your IT team to set up the integration.
-
Does it work with flawed master data?
Yes. Kyrok works with master data of any quality and stays reliable, even when yours is incomplete or inconsistent.
-
Can it handle messy, intricate orders?
Yes. Kyrok is built for the complex reality of pharmaceutical and chemical customers, including plain-text or even hand-written orders, orders without article IDs and unclear information. During onboarding, we capture your team's knowledge into the system, making it robust and precise.
-
How do we start?
A 30-minute discovery call. If there's a strong fit, we run an on-site workshop where we analyze your ERP processes, visit your production site and meet your team. From there, we decide on the next steps together. The pilot begins with order processing, which delivers quick, tangible results, and we take on more of your supply chain from there.
-
What does the pilot phase look like?
We work iteratively, starting with order entry. One or two champions from your team use Kyrok first and give weekly feedback, then we roll out to the wider team once it's proven. You get a dedicated Kyrok contact throughout, plus on-site deep-dive workshops, and we agree on clear efficiency metrics up front.
-
Where is our data stored?
In Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on European infrastructure and fully GDPR-compliant. ISO certifications 27001 and 42001 are currently in progress.
